Dr Peter Laird
Dr Peter brings over 10 years of experience in cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry, with a focus on full-arch dental implants and full mouth reconstructions. He has trained with global leaders in prosthodontics and smile design, including Dr Tony Rotondo, Dr Jason Smithson, and Dr Didier Dietschi.
Peter’s calm, thoughtful approach is grounded in a passion for helping patients feel proud of their smiles. He places hundreds of implants each year and takes pride in delivering life-changing results with precision and care.
Outside of work, Peter enjoys photography, hiking, and watching sunsets with family and friends.
With over a decade of experience, Dr Paul blends his background in both Pharmacy and Dentistry to deliver care that’s not only clinically advanced but deeply personal. He has a special interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implants, orthodontics, and oral surgery, routinely performing these procedures under gentle in-house sedation to ensure a calm, pain-free experience.
Dr Paul continually invests in international training to stay at the forefront of dental innovation.
When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him mountain biking, snowboarding, or spending time with his wife and daughter, Olivia.
Dr Ali Normoyle
Dr Ali graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Dentistry and a Master of Dentistry from La Trobe University. She is known for her gentle, caring nature and is passionate about creating a comfortable, stress-free environment for her patients.
She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with a strong interest in aesthetic and restorative care.
Dr Ali regularly attends professional development courses and, in her spare time, enjoys running, baking, and spending time with her schnoodle.
Dr Joe Lim
Dr Joe graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Otago and is fluent in English and Mandarin. Known for his gentle, reassuring approach, he’s passionate about restorative dentistry helping patients regain function and confidence in their smiles.
He is currently pursuing a Certificate in Implant Dentistry. Outside the clinic, Dr Joe enjoys classical violin, good coffee, and time with his wife Ashley and their spoodle, Charlie.
Dr Shagana Devanandan
Dr Shagana completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery after a Bachelor of Science at the University of Melbourne. She has a gentle, caring nature and is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smiles.
With a special interest in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, she uses aligners and veneers to elevate smiles. Outside the clinic, she enjoys baking, playing netball, supporting the Essendon Bombers, and spending time with her Labrador, Nomnoms.
